With start as a part-timer in Customer Service department in 1998, step-by-step I found that the commercial part of the logistics business is the most interesting and that DHL has special footprint not only to our customers directly, with its services, but also by indirection – with different programs and policy for fair attitude, real support of businesses, organizations and persons working for the wellbeing of the society. Broad-minded, with thousands professionals and enthusiasts, this company fascinates me almost every day.
Our aim is to sell our services with real understanding – not only to present features or to quote a price, but to assess what will work, whether there is a room for change in customer`s mindset. Now, alongside with the sales role, as sales representative for certain of the most important customers of DHL Bulgaria, I`m responsible also for the introduction and training of some new colleagues in our commercial team.
As from 2019 I joined our international Life Science & Healthcare community: colleagues from all continents, responsible for the development and the right positioning of DHL as company providing solutions and expertize for the medical sector. With developed product since the 1990`s (Medical Express), now the company goal is to propose more tailored solutions, Same Day deliveries etc. I have several specializations on Medical samples distribution (UN3373, exempt human specimens etc.), Dangerous goods (including dry ice as cooling material, reagents etc.), Customs procedures and regulations and other very specific for our industry aspects.
This is my second job so far: I have also one-year experience working for Alpha Research as interviewer. My master degree is Political Sciences and most probably one day I will go back to my first science loves – the sociology and the history.
