Estelle has worked to combine strong values to businesses for over 10 years. Prior to founding Grace Health, she launched Kinnevik-backed tonaton.com, Ghana’s leading marketplace. In less than two years, it became more well known than YouTube and had a team of 70 employees. Estelle has also managed the Sustainability Innovation Consultancy, The Good Guys, and worked in communications at the global PR agency Hill & Knowlton Strategies both in Stockholm and Beijing.
