Radoy Pavlov started his IT career at the age of 18 as a system administrator. At the age of 21 he moved to Berlin, where he started his studies at the Technical University of Berlin, majoring in Computer Science. At the same time, he started working in the IT field where in parallel with his studies he continued to develop professionally at various career levels. He made a big leap in his development in 2008 when he moved to Konstanz, Germany as an IT consultant. In 2010 he applied as a senior consultant and cloud architect at Capco in Zurich. This position paves the way for global consulting projects and executive challenges. A transition to Infosys Consulting followed, and at the beginning of 2018 he held a director position at bank UBS. His current professional occupation is as the corporate technology architect of one of the most modern healthcare facilities in the world – University Hospital Zurich.
Radoy has a 25-year IT career behind him with a focus of technology and management of projects of various sizes. His specialty are cloud architectures, but over time he sees in himself the desire to develop in the direction of macro strategies at the corporate level. The position of corporate technology architect allows him to build a holistic view of the challenges and opportunities in modern healthcare. His goal is to share this knowledge at the national level in Bulgaria and to work towards the transformation of its healthcare system into a sustainable, digitally enabled and data-driven ecosystem.
