Virginia DiDonato MA, BCC has more than 15 years of experience in creating human resources initiatives and operational procedures in the two dynamic industries of healthcare and education.
She consults professionals and companies on developing the proper balance of using best practices for the required field regulations as well as the demands for change and innovation. In recent years, her consulting practice has allowed her to work with numerous private medical practices as well as educational and other institutions.
Currently, she is contracted with Technical Advantage Services Co. as quality control consultant, with BMCC, City University of NY as a lector, and on an as-needed basis with other small businesses. Her other roles include public speaker and private coach.
Virginia holds a Masters of Arts degree both from Sofia University in Bulgaria and also from Hunter College CUNY in New York. She has translated and published various articles in printed and online platforms and has been the recipient of numerous awards and nominations.
She is also a board-certified personal and professional coach, as well as a neuro-linguistic practitioner and a performer. Virginia is a mother of two and currently resides in Queens, New York.
