Roland Kreissig currently is General Manager for Novartis Oncology responsible for a cluster of 15 countries in Central Eastern Europe. Roland is a physician by background but switched his career from academic medicine to working as consultant for McKinsey before joining Novartis in 2004. At Novartis, Roland has been working in various leadership roles across geographies, in the US, in Europe, and in Global roles, and across different functions with focus in Marketing, Sales, and Strategy. Roland is originally from Germany and lives in Budapest and Barcelona.
